Year 1 Walk Around Maldon - March 2024

On the last day before the Easter holidays, Year 1 went for a walk round Maldon. This was part of our Geography topic on 'Our Local Area.' The children had to carry out fieldwork on our walk including a traffic survey, a house hunt and a shop survey. The children really enjoyed tallying all the different vehicles that drove past us during our traffic survey. It was especially exciting when an ambulance drove past us and put the lights on for the children. A huge thank you to all the parents who came to help us!
