History Day - April 2024

It was wonderful to see so many children fully embracing our History Day – There were Kings and Queens a plenty, with fashion designers, artists, scientists and athletes all sharing fascinating facts about their lives. 

The children had a wonderful day learning about different decades in history and comparing their lives to those that have gone before.  Year 5 and 6 learnt some groovy dance moves, care of the sounds of the seventies, whilst Year 1 learnt all about schools from years ago. A thoroughly enjoyable day had by all.
